KEMAH, TX — Bell Empire Media & Events, in partnership with avant-garde dining establishment Eculent, today officially announced the launch of Bourbon & Bubbles, an invitation-only quarterly dining and social series debuting on September 9, 2026 in Kemah, Texas.

Capped strictly at 60 invited guests per quarterly gathering, Bourbon & Bubbles marries an eight-course culinary journey with small-batch artisanal bourbon mixology and rare vintage wine pairings. The series is co-created by Las Vegas event producer Tony Bell (Founder of Bell Empire Media & Events) and Chef David Skinner (2025 James Beard Award Semifinalist, Eculent, Meticulous Spirits, and Clear Creek Winery).

"Bourbon & Bubbles was created for guests seeking more than a standard evening out," stated Executive Producer Tony Bell. "We wanted to craft an atmosphere of black-tie glamour, candlelit mystery, and flawless hospitality where 60 guests share an unforgettable collective journey."

Each course is paired with custom bourbon blends distilled on-site by Chef Skinner's Meticulous Spirits, alongside sommelier-selected vintages from Clear Creek Winery and rare international cellars. Guests will experience Eculent's renowned multisensory sensory environment—featuring course-specific scent, lighting, and ambient soundscapes.
